| 摘 要： | 湘西各民族都有自己传统的社区组织,如湘西的瞿氏家族是一个规模适中的土家族家族。从瞿氏家族结构的现状来看,既有其积极的一面, 又有消极的一面,因此, 必须因势利导, 趋利避弊,充分发挥其积极作用。

| Abstract: | Every minority nationality of Western Hunan has its own traditional community.Take the Qu family for instance.Its is a medium-size patriarchal clan of Tujia nationality.Seen from present-day status quo ,its is clear that the clan has merits as well as demerits.Therefore,society should make the best use of its good elements,and restrain its bad factors. |
