| 摘 要： | 湘西土家族摔抱腰即摔跤是深受土家族人民喜爱的一项民族传统体育项目。土家族摔抱腰按身体接触方式可分为固定式和自由式两大类,由于其规则简单、场地器材要求简易而在土家族地区得到广泛流行。它产生于土家族人民的生产生活实践,体现了土家族悍劲勇、尚武好斗的民族个性特征。

| Abstract: | The Tujia people's sports wrestling in the way of waist-embracing may be divided into two types: fixed wrestling and free wrestling. Because of its simple rules and easy-to-find sports ground, it is very popular in the district invabited by Tujia people in western Hunan. Originated from the life and production activities, it reflects the braver toughness and martial spirit of the Tujia people. |
