摘    要:德国中小学教师的职前培养模式、学习期限别具特色,不仅重视师范生的理论学习与实践学习,对未来教师的出口把关严格,保证了中小学教师队伍的素质和质量。其中很多经验对我国基础教育的师资培养有借鉴意义。

Abstract:Germanic Teacher's Training has its own characteristics in educating modes and study terms.The idea that education theory and teaching practice are stressed , being strict with the to-be teachers , ensures the situation of highly qualified teachers in basic education .Germanic experience in teacher's training is a worthwhile study facing China's basic education.
