| 摘 要： | 该文分析了我国行政区划的现状,以现有的行政区划理论研究为基础,从新角度透析行政区划改革,提出了符合中国国情的行政区划改革的全新思路——开创推进城市化建设的行政区划改革途径,论述以设置大区为特点的中国五级行政区划改革设想。
