Reflection upon the Application of Transfer Rules about Teaching and Training of Athletics

As the basis of many sports events,athletics can promote other sports events by its teaching and training,so we should scientifically apply methods of athletics teaching and training to improve their respective effects.The paper summarizes and analyzes several interactions among athletics events and then provides the effective teaching and training of athletics under the guidance of transfer rules;meanwhile,it also points out several aspects which should be paid attention to in the application of transfer rules into athletics teaching and training.
