| Abstract: | Based on the difficult problem of governance in supply chain,the function such as decision,coordination,restraint and simplification etc are put forward.Trust mechanism is the ideal governance tool for perpendicular management systems especially for supply chain.Thus the multi-level trust-based structure system is built for the governance in supply chain. |
