| 摘 要： | 把当代青年培养成为中国特色社会主义事业的可靠接班人和合格建设者是高校的育人根本。在文化生态视野中，志愿者服务基地化建设是高校育人走向社会服务和传承文化繁荣的有效途径，通过基地化的志愿服务，把青年服务他人与提升自我、文化传播与强化专业素养、了解社会与立志报国相结合，是实现“以文化人。以文明理”的有效实践。

| Abstract: | The purpose of education is to help students to be all-round persons.In the vision of cultural ecology,base construction of voluntary service is a method to support the society and make the culture prosperous.It is a good way to build up the youth to be good men by serving others and self-enhancement, spreading culture,strengthening abilities,knowing the reality and loving the country. |
