| 摘 要： | 中国的民营企业中有90％以上是家族企业。家族企业是我国市场经济发展和完善的重要组成部分。家族式企业采用的家族式管理模式在造就民营企业辉煌发展的同时，也成为制约民营企业进一步做大做强的“瓶颈”。本文以福建泉州家族企业为例，分析泉州家族企业具有的伦理资源优势和伦理弊端，探讨民营家族企业如何进行伦理建设，提高其核心竞争力。
