革除记忆性考试痼疾 促进创新人才培养

在培养创新人才背景下,我国高校仍普遍存在以记忆性考试为主体的考试。由于记忆性考试在考试目的、考试内容和考试形式上的单一化,导致学生缺乏自主意识、忽视学习过程、综合素质不高、创新思维不强、实践能力和创新能力严重缺失等问题。因此,必须转变考试观念,革除记忆性考试痼疾,建立考试内容综合化、考试形式多样化和全程化的考试模式,提高学生综合素质及实践能力与创新能力,促进创新人才的培养。

Expel the Chronic Lllness of a Memory Test to Promote the Cultivation of Creative Talents

Under the background of the cultivation of creative talents,it still exists in our universities to take the memory test as the main body of tests.As a result of the memory test whose goal,content and form are very simple,there are many problems,such as the lack of self-awareness,ignoring the learning process,low comprehensive quality,weak innovative idea,poor practical and innovation ability,and so on.Therefore,we must change our concept towards tests,expel the chronic illness of a memory test and establish a test mode which includes the content integration,form diversification,and entire journey pattern in order to improve the comprehensive quality,practical and innovative ability of students,and promote the cultivation of creative talents
