| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育的发展，许多高校尝试进行了研究生教育学制改革。改革中产生的问题和疑虑引起了社会的广泛关注和思考。本文提出对于研究生教育的学制改革要以人为本、因地制宜，发挥弹性学制在研究生培养的优势。

| Abstract: | During the period of higher education development,many universities have implemented reforms of post-graduate education.During the experiment,the reform is questioned by the society as well as by universities themselves.Therefore,the design of the education system should be human-oriented and local-conditioned,and the managing system of the postgraduate education should be reasonable and scientific. |
