对新形势下民族地区公务员素质建设的思考

在新的国情、区情、民情下，对民族地区公务员素质提出了新的要求。这里最重要的是，要进一步深化公务员的“公务员意识”，大力培养他们的服务精神；其次，要进一步提高他们的文化素质，努力扩展其知识范围，合理化其知识结构；进一步提升他们的行政能力，如应对危机的能力、分析判断形势的能力、解决问题的能力。这其中尤须下大力气做好少数民族公务员的整体提高工作。

Thinking Over the Construction of the Civil Service Quality Under the New Situation in Minority Areas

Under the new condition of the country, district and the people, the new requirements of civil service have been put forward. It is important to deepen the sense of ＂civil service mentality＂ of the civil service and vigorously develop their spirit of service. Secondly, it is necessary to improve their level of general education, expand the scope of their knowledge, making their knowledge structure reasonable. Thirdly, it is necessary to enhance their administrative capability, such as the ability to deal with the crisis, the ability to analyze and judge the situation.
