土木工程领域工程设计教育方案的探索

根据美国土木工程师学会关于工程设计的2025年发展纲要,对未来土木工程技术人员所具备的能力进行了量化指标的评价,同时对相应的课程体系和相应的知识体系进行了规划,明确了未来工程师所应具备的能力和相应的培养模式。本文根据美国、日本在工程设计教育的实施概况,比较了我国现阶段土木工程教育与国际上的差距,提出了高等教育改革的必要性和改革的方向,以及适应经济全球化时代的工程设计人才的培养模式,从而促进我国现阶段的高等教育从"知识导向型"向"能力导向型"转变,以便更好地配合国家所提出的人才战略的实施。

Study of Programs Design in Civil Engineering Education

In the Vision for Civil Engineering in 2025 published by the ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers),it proposed how to quantitatively evaluate the body of knowledge of professionals in civil engineering. It also designed corresponding curriculum and knowledge system,and clarified the necessary educating model for civil engineers in future. In this paper,based on the current status of engineering design education in the United States and Japan,we indentified the gap between China's current engineering design education and those overseas; thus justified the need for the reform on Higher Education and proposed the direction for the reform. The reform will educate our civil engineers to better adapt themselves to the current globalization,promoted the change from "knowledge-oriented" to "capabilities oriented" in our current education system,and eventually lead to successfully outcome of China's Professional Development Strategy.
