| 摘 要： | 假冒行为是一个引起法律界乃至国际商界广泛重视的问题,商标法和反不正当竞争法均可从不同的角度予以规制,文章通过分析我国商标法和反不正当竞争法对假冒行为的有关规定及其两者之间的关系,对完善我国反不正当竞争法关于商业标识保护的规定进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Piracy, a behavior that attracts much attention in the law and international business field, can be regulated from the perspective of trademark law and anti-unfair competition law. By analyzing the relevant provisions of the trademark law and anti-unfair competition law and the relationship between them, and referring to the international treaty, the article makes a research on how to perfect the trademark protection in the anti-unfair competition law. |
