计算机租赁市场中的委托代理模型

摘    要:由于计算机更新换代的速率远高于使用者对机器的更换频率,给社会各个方面都带来了诸如对计算机配置需求与实际使用情况不符等问题。为此,本文提出了一种以人为本的计算机租赁市场模型。通过该模型可以合理地选择租赁参数,以满足各个阶层的需求;同时,还可以改善偏远地区计算机普及程度低的情况。

Abstract:The velocity of the computer development is far faster than users' updating frequency of the computer,which has brought about the problem that the need for the computer's configuration can not accord with the reality.Therefore,this paper puts forward a principal-agent model to solve the problem in the computer leasing market.This model can give some advice for the people when choosing the leasing parameters,which can satisfy all requirements of different kinds of people and improve the status that the computer is rare in some secluded regions.
