| 摘 要： | 通过分析高校校办企业的现状与存在的问题,指出校办企业必须通过体制改革逐步脱离母体,走自主经营自负盈亏的独立法人企业的改制道路,对校办企业如何改制以及改制后的校办企业如何管理与发展提出了相应的措施与对策.
