| Abstract: | The discussion of the 17th congress on the relationship between efficiency and fairness,is the abandoing of giving priority to efficiency with due consideration to fairness principle,also the knowledge leap of the party's distribution policy.It's useful to help us in practice to build both efficiency and fairness,two-way interaction,the relationship mechanism of the inherent unity.It has great significance to promote social harmony,and share the fruits of development. |
