| 摘 要： | 物业管理招投标的推行对物业管理的发展有着极其重要的意义,但制度缺失、监管不力、物管企业实力不强等已成为物业管理招投标难以真正推行的障碍。本文主要论述了物业管理招投标推行中面临的问题,并提出有效的对策。
