E-Government: An Analysis of Its Features and Efficiency

The construction of e-government is one of the outstanding achievement s of the advanced productive forces and management science in the 21st century. In the present paper, the author makes a comprehensive analysis of the e-governm ent in terms of its conceptual thought, technological features, functions and ef ficiency. The author also discusses the issues in the e-government's virtual cha racteristics and efficiency, tasks and functions, as well as the features and ef ficiency of macro-control and Internet economy, sums up the key and complex prob lems existing in the construction of the e-government, and finally comes up with the idea of how to study it and how to construct it.
