| 摘 要： | 农村实用人才是建设社会主义新农村强大的智力支持和人才保障。福建省农村人力资源丰富,但整体素质较低,实用人才数量不足。重视并加强农村实用人才教育培训,把人力资源变成人力资本,是推动农村经济发展的有效途径。本文研究了福建农村实用人才教育培训现状及存在的问题,提出了加强农民教育培训,开发农村实用人才的对策。 |
