食品工程原理课程试卷分析与评价

摘    要:采用统计学方法,分析和评价食品科学与工程专业食品工程原理试卷的出题质量,并对学生的考试成绩进行研究结果表明:学生的成绩分布符合正态分布,平均成绩为72.13分,平均难度0.72,总区分度0.32,平均可信度0.642,通过试卷分析说明,这份试卷能够比较全面地评价学生对课程的掌握程度,试题难度适中,区分度好,考试成绩可信,试卷出题质量较好.

Abstract:The exam paper quality of the food engineering principles of undergraduate students of food science and engineering is analyzed and evaluated. The method of statistics is used for paper analysis. The results show that the scores students gain take on a normal distribution with the average scores of 72.13, the average difficulty of 0.72, the total discrimination of 0.32 and the paper average reliability of 0.642. The exam scores not just indicate a good assessment of student ability to master knowledge but a moderate paper difficulty, reasonable question discrimination, reliable exam record and improved paper quality.
