| 摘 要： | 随着老油区开采的不断加深,油区措施作业量和措施难度不断上升,措施投入与成本控制的矛盾不断升级。从经济学角度,可提出措施增油的经济模型,并进行实证分析。同时,对企业如何建立科学增油措施评估体系,提出相应的建议和对策。
