| 摘 要： | 超产权理论认为,企业产权改革只有在竞争条件下才能发挥作用。竞争促使企业改变治理结构,提高绩效。这一理论同样适用于作为特殊企业的商业银行。文章应用超产权理论框架,分析商业银行的产权、治理结构、竞争和银行绩效之间的关系,建立了银行超产权理论模型,提出了商业银行的理想模型,并据此提出了商业银行改革的思路。

| Abstract: | The Beyond Property-Right Theory considers that the enterprise property-right reform can produce effects only under the competition conditions. Competition stimulates the change of enterprise Governance Structure and the improvement of performance. This theory also can be applied to commercial bank. This paper analysis the relationship of Property Right, Governance Structure, competition and performance of State-Owned Commercial Bank under the frame of Beyond Property-Right. A beyond property-right model of bank was built up, and an ideal model of State-Owned Commercial Bank was proposed. Accordingly, some proposals about State-Owned Commercial Bank Reform were put forward. |
