深化教学研究与改革是现阶段高等学校的历史性任务

深化教学研究与改革,是高等教育面向世界、面向未来和面向现代化的需要,是适应市场经济发展和知识爆炸时代的需要, 更是高等学校由精英教育向大众化教育转变的现实需要。近年来,沈阳农业大学进行了一系列教学研究与改革,取得了很好成效。 诸如:改革教学管理,初步构建了规范化教学管理体系;．改革人才培养模式,构建了新的教学计划框架;改革实践教学体系,进一 步完善了多层次分段式实践教学新体系;整合调整各种资源,适应时代发展,实施了课程内容改革;坚持以育人为中心,强化了教 学建设等等。尽管如此,教学研究与改革仍然任重道远,今后还需进一步转变教育观念,解放思想,开拓创新,树立适应高等教育大 众化的人才观和质量观;进一步突出教学改革的整体性、综合性和实践性,构建适应新世纪社会发展和农业发展需要的人才培养 体系;形成有利调动师生积极性的教学运行机制;造就一支具有国际教育思维和水准的师资队伍;建立确保大学生创新精神和实 践能力培养的教学质量保障体系。

Deepening of the Teaching Research and Reform Is A Historic Task for Institutions of Higher Learning on the Stage

Deepening of the teaching research and reform is the need of the Chinese higher education for catering to the world, the future and the modernization and for meeting the development of the socialist market economy and the age of knowledge explosion. Furthermore, it is the immediate need of institutions of higher learning for changing their higher education from orientation to the elite to orientation to the million. Shenyang Agricultural University has successfully carried out the following teaching researches and reforms: Reform of the teaching management, by which a normalized teaching management system has initially been able to be established; Reform of the mode of training men for profession, by which a new framework teaching plan has been set up; Reform of the system of practical teaching, by which a new multi-level phrased teaching system has been able to be further perfected; integration and readjustment of various teaching resources and running after the progress of the times, by which the curriculum contents have been able to be innovated; Adhering to education of persons as core of education, by which the teaching building has been able to be strengthened. In spite of all achievements made by Shenyang Agricultural University in the work of teaching research and reform, this university still has a long way to go in this respect, who must further make the transition of his old educational conceptions, emancipate his mind, develop and innovate himself, develp the talent awareness and quality awareness to fit in with popularization of higher educaiton, further give prominence to the globality, comprehensiveness and practicality of teaching reform, structure an eligible talents training system which can meet the needs of social development and agricultural development in the new century, knock into shape a trading mechanism which is advantageous to mobilizing the enthusiasm of the teachers and students, build up a contingent of teachers who possess international awareness and standards in education, set up a teaching quality safeguard system which can ensure the development of college students' innovative spirits and practical skills.
