| 摘 要： | 人口计生宣传教育工作评估方案的设计,应遵循过程与结果并重,分类评估、有重点和全面、客观等9项原则,这对于科学、准确地评估一个地区的人口计生宣传教育工作水平至关重要。据此提出了县级人口计生宣传教育工作评估方案的10个一级指标,并对指标的检查内容、具体指标、评估依据、评估方式和权重进行了详细的分析。 |
