| 摘 要： | 本文界定了公司企业家的研究领域,将该研究与战略管理研究结合起来,建立了公司企业家的研究构架,并对研究构架和相关研究结果进行了分析、阐述,提出了一些新观点,最后简要介绍了国外的研究现状,针对目前企业所面临的新问题和我国此方面的研究现状,提出了进一步研究的思路和方向.

| Abstract: | This paper clarifies the domain of entrepreneur study and integrates it with the strategic management study. This paper builds a framework for enterprise entrepreneur study, formulates and analyzes the framework and relevant findings, and proposes some new ideas. This paper, finally, outlines the current situation of this study overseas, and suggests some new directions for further study in accordance with the present status of study and existing issues in China. |
