| Abstract: | the local normal colleges as the protagonists of normal universities face the reality of mass higher education,and they are in the face of the increasing competitive intensification of higher education itself,between regions,between the inter-schools.Their survival and development face enormous difficulties.Accurate positioning,developing features,and emphasizing on quality should be the strategic visions of the dilemmas and survival in general local normal colleges' development. |
