| 摘 要： | 发展农业创业投资是促进我国农业科技成果向现实生产力转化的重要途径。而探索农业创业投资的发展规律对促进我国农业创业投资的发展无疑具有重要的意义。本文在历年我国农业创业投资的有关统计数据基础上，通过分析我国农业创业投资资本的来源及结构、农业创业投资资金的阶段分布、行业分布、地区分布和农业创业投资项目的投资强度等，初步探索出了我国农业创业投资的一些发展轨迹，并总结出了五点发展趋势。

| Abstract: | To develop agricultural venture capital is an important way to industrialize the agricultural technology.Therefore,it is important to research the general laws which are guiding the development of the agricultural venture capital in our country.This paper has explored the tracks of the agricultural venture capital through analyzing its capital resources and composition,its distribution in stages,subindustries and areas,and the average investment amount of its projects on the base of the relative data.Furthermore,five trends about the agricultural venture capital in our country have been reached,which would guide its development in the future. |
