世界主义与全球分配正义

在最近几十年里，随着全球化的不断深入，诸如全球贫困、世界环境、国际移民、儿童和妇女的国际人权等问题也日益受到学界关注。其中的一个主要反映就是，在政治哲学中，全球正义或国际正义问题日益成为焦点问题，并引起了激烈的分歧和争论。在这样一个背景下，世界主义作为一个实践哲学流派在当代得到了复兴。本文简要介绍了世界主义在政治哲学中的一些基本主张，并在此基础上批判性地考察世界主义者是如何辩护人权和分配正义的。

Cosmopolitanism and Global Distributive Justice

In recent decades, with the deepening of globalization, some issues, such as global poverty, world environment, in- ternational migration, childrens and womens international human rights ,are increasingly subject to academic attention. A main reflection is that the problem of global justice or international justice is increasingly becoming the focus in political philosophy, and has caused a fierce disagreement and controversy. In such a context, cosmopolitanism, as a practical philosophy, regains its vitality. In this article, we will briefly introduce some basic notions of the cosmopolitanism in political philosophy. Then, we will discuss a question as following： how do cosmopolitans defend human rights and distributive justice.
