民族国家陷阱与多民族国家构建

从民族国家、苏联民族问题以及中国民族问题的性质与特点等几个方面，阐述中国国家构建应避免陷入民族国家的泥沼。借鉴欧美社会的民主共和思想，凭借中国多民族共处的传统经验，以及中国共产党建立的民族区域自治等制度框架，从民族个体和民族群体两个角度考虑，提出中国是构建多民族共和的国家。

Trap of Nation State and Multi-Ethnic State Building

The article analyzes the characteristic of nation state and compares the differences of the ethnic issues between Pre - Soviet Union and China. On the basis of the comparative analysis, the article explains clearly that China＇s nation - building should avoid miring down in mud of nation state. Drawing lesson from democratic and republican idea of occident society, relying on the traditional experience of multi - ethnic coexistence and system of national regional autonomy built by Chinese communist, and taking into account of ethnic individual and ethnic group, the paper results that China should build a multi - ethnic republican state.
