安徽的种植业在农业中的比重超过一半,而粮食占种植业的比重又接近一半。因此,粮食对于安徽农业的稳定和发展,起着支柱的作用。无论是从全国来看,还是从长远来看,粮食生产不可忽视,尤其是优质粮更是如此。“卖粮难”只是地区结构和粮食优劣品种结构不均衡的表现。只要我们以市场需要为导向,抓好流通,使农民的小生产、农产品的小流通转化为大生产、大流通犤1犦,粮食这个支柱是稳固的。安徽不应较多地削减粮食种植面积。
