社会排斥理论视角下进城农民工住房需求问题的研究

社会排斥理论认为居住空间是社会排斥的重要原因。我国住房保障制度对进城农民工表达了强烈的社会排斥。文章建议扩大廉租房制度的覆盖面，将包括进城农民工在内外来低收入人员纳入保障范围以满足他们基本住房需求。不过扩大廉租房制度的覆盖面必将会使资金供给不足问题更为突出，笔者认为解决资金不足的问题，除了加大财政投入外，还要广开融资渠道。
