| 摘 要： | 宋代是中国古代商品经济相对比较发达时期,与此相对应,其商业立法也较为完善。为了建立相对比较平等的商品交易秩序,在宋代有"均输法"和"市易法"。其目的都是为了打击大商人,限制大商人与官僚操纵垄断市场。

| Abstract: | Since the Song dynasty was one of prosperous dynasties in commercial economy during Chinese ancient times, its commercial legislation was relatively mature. In order to create an equal commercial trading order, the "method of average transportation" and the "law of market dealing" were made in the Song dynasty, both of which aimed to fight against big merchants to limit the market manipulation and monopoly by big merchants and bureaucrats. |
