| 摘 要： | 党的十七大进一步将和谐社会确定为我国社会主义建设的目标之一。和谐社会内容应明确写入宪法，即宪法明确“和谐社会”条款，确认公民权利和国家权力以及相互关系，通过健全违宪审查和舆论监督机制的途径来完善宪法，从而保障和谐社会的实现。

| Abstract: | At the 17th National Congress of CPC, to build a harmonious society is agin set as one of the objectives for our socialist building. So, the contents of a harmonious society should be included in our constitution, that is, we should clarify the term about “harmonious society” in our constitution, clarify the interrelationship between civil rights and state power, so as to improve constitution and guarantee the realization of a harmonious society by menas of perfecting mechanisms for unconstitutional examination and public opinion supervision. |
