农村妇女在保护农业生物多样性中的作用、困境与出路

文章首先论述了农业生物多样性保护不同于一般野生生物保护的特点,说明社区参与是保护农业生物多样性不可或缺的条件。并以社会性别的视角,分析了在我国农村农业女性化的大背景下,农村妇女作为社区的守护者、农业生产的主力军、农村家庭的管理者和农业文化的传承者等多重角色,对保护农业生物多样性担负着重要作用。然而,农村女性环保意识和知识不足、资源匮乏以及在社区管理中缺少话语权等原因,使她们的作用难以发挥。对此,本文建议各级政府和妇联组织把环境教育作为农村妇女教育的重要内容;同时,应以科学发展观为指导,重新认识新农村建设的内涵,把＂对环境友好＂作为各种项目、活动的评价标准之一。
