编辑的文化视野与价值取向

摘    要:编辑的文化视野、社会角色、知识结构与精神产品密切相关。反映时代主流的文化视野决定了编辑对精神产品的取舍更多地指向现实和未来;关注社会现实的文化视野决定了编辑对精神产品的取舍服从于社会现实,并着力体现出社会的主流文化和价值导向;导向性的文化视野决定了编辑在对精神产品的选择、加工活动中引导并影响人们的价值取向。编辑的社会角色有社会的规范性角色、学科权威角色和内化式角色,编辑对自己社会角色的认识过程决定了其对精神产品选择时的价值取向。编辑运用自己的知识结构对精神产品的内容进行取舍和加工,同时又通过这一活动丰富、升华自己的知识结构。

Abstract:The editors' cultural view, social role, and knowledge structure are closely related to spiritual products. The editors' cultural view, which reflects the mainstream culture of the time, decides that the editors' selection of spiritual products are more reality-and future-oriented while the one, which cares about social reality, decides that the editors' selection of spiritual products must follow social reality, and mirror the mainstream culture and value orientation of society, and the one, which orientates, decides that the editors must guide and influence the readers' value orientation in their selection and processing of spiritual products. The editors social roles can be divided into role of social norms, role of scientific authority and internalized role. The process editors come to recognize their social roles decides how to select and process the content of spiritual products, and in the meantime, enriches and improves their knowledge structure.
