The Necessity of Our Civil Code Setting up Priority System

Scholars have great disputations whether we should stipulate priority system in our civil code. Based on the analysis of priority's concept, the article researches three aspects to explain the necessity which our civil code should set up priority system:the establishment of the priority system complies with the legislative tide in the word;the existing priority legislative stipulation cannot satisfy the need of the practice in our country; the priority can practice better its legislative values in the code civil.
