| 摘 要： | 法治建设在我国政治文明建设的呼声中得到了一致的认同,但由于我国传统和现实的因素制约,在建设法治类型上产生了分歧。在借鉴西方法治建设的同时,我国的法治建设需要根据中国的实际情况兼顾形式法治和实质法治的目标,推进法治化进程。

| Abstract: | The construction of rule by law has got consistent identification in the voice of the political civilized construction in China,but there exist divergences on the construction goal of rule by law because of the factor restrictions of the reality and tradition of our country.When referring to western construction of rule by law,the construction of rule by law of our country needs to cater for the Chinese actual condition.The goal of consideration should include both formal rule by law and substantial rule by law,advancing the rule by law to higher process. |
