| 摘 要： | 在我国改革开放和现代化建设的新时期 ,邓小平对共产党执政规律进行了探索 ,形成了一系列重大认识 ,其主要点是 :只有不断解放思想 ,执政党才能永葆生机活力 ;一个真正的马克思主义政党在执政以后 ,必须有一条马克思主义的政治路线 ,把发展作为自己的中心任务 ;执政党只有取信于民 ,得到人民的拥护 ,才有了执政的牢固基础 ,不断推进建党理论的创新 ,把共产党内部搞好 ,是共产党巩固执政地位的根本保证。

| Abstract: | In the new period of modernization in our country, DENG Xiao-ping explored the law for the Communist Party being in power, and drew a series of great conclusions. The main points among them included four aspects: Relieving the thought continuously is the magic weapon for the ruling party conserving its vitality; A real Marxist political party must have a Marxist political route regarding the development as own center mission; Winning the people's confidence and support is the firm foundation for the Communist Party being in power; Pushing on to make theoretical innovations of the construction of the Communist Party, and to make the inner part of the Communist Party for the Communist Party consolidating the ruling position. |
