| 摘 要： | 针对高等学校应用创新型人才的培养问题,采用理论结合实际的分析方法,指出了应用创新型人才培养的必要性和应用创新型人才的核心内容,提出了创新人才培养理念,培养学生实际应用创新能力,创新学生管理体制等应用创新型人才培养的策略。研究结果表明：对高等学校应用创新型人才培养具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | Problems were studied of the cultivation of applied and innovative talents based on theories and practice. Necessity and key points of talent cultivation are pointed out accordingly.Furthermore,strategies for cultivation of applied and innovative talents are put forward in terms of talent cultivation concept,development of students ＇ actual ability in application and innovation,innovation of students＇ management system as well.The result offers guidance for the cultivation of applied and innovative talents in universities. |
