| 摘 要： | 高师院校是高校的重要组成部分,是整个教育的基础.高师院校内部传统的分配机制再也不能适应我国新时期高校发展的要求,需要我们探讨完善一种新的分配机制--按贡献分配机制进行分配,以激活高师院校人力资源的积极性,从而全力投入高等师范教育,实现高师院校可持续发展.
