| 摘 要： | 通过对二十五年来我国企业改革与管理的历史回顾和小结,高度评价了邓小平同志经济理论在我国企业改革与管理进程中的指导作用;对如何建立适合中国国情的现代企业制度和完善管理基本经验进行了归纳;对如何高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜在新时期进行企业改革与完善管理提出了一些看法。

| Abstract: | Through a historical review and summary on the enterprises' reformation and management in China during the past 25 years,the author casts an insight into the guideline instruction on such reformation and management.An induction is made on how to establish a modern enterprise system and an integrated management suitable to China and some points are put forward on how to persevere Deng Xiaoping Theory in the process of reforming enterprises and integrating management. |
