| 摘 要： | 国家助学贷款政策的出台 ,是我国高等教育向大众化迈进过程中 ,政府和银行确保家庭经济困难的学生接受高等教育的一个重要举措 ,但实施效果不佳。试图分析国家助学贷款难以实施的原因 ,探讨确保顺利贷款的有效措施。
