摘    要:通过对中韩两国企业教育培训的比较研究可见,牢固树立“培训是人力资本增值的源泉, 要加大人力资本投资”的理念,使员工达到不断更新知识,掌握技能,在激烈的市场竞争中,强化人才优势。

Abstract:We can draw some enlightenments from the comparison between China and the ROK in their enterprises'training programmes. To foster the conception "Training serves as the source of value-added human capital,so it is necessary to make more investment in human capital",we should encourage our employees to broaden their knowledge, master more skills and intensify our superiority in human resources in the fierce market competition.
