| 摘 要： | TR IPS协议的诞生将知识产权保护引向高标准、高水平、高效率的国际化保护阶段。特别是发达国家进入知识经济社会后,知识产权国际保护制度出现了扩张趋势,具体表现为:知识产权保护客体扩大、权利内容增多、权利期限延长、世界专利一体化协调进程加快等。充分认识知识产权国际保护扩张趋势对发展中国家利益的影响,能够为发展中国家在高水平的知识产权保护中寻求自身发展的路径。
