高校辅导员职业枯竭与心理管理——以西华大学辅导员职业枯竭调查为例

本文基于对西华大学辅导员职业枯竭的调查,对高校辅导员的心理健康状况进行了分析,并提出了相关对策。调查对象与方法:西华大学辅导员108人,采用MBI-GS问卷调查;调查结果:辅导员中出现情绪耗竭的比率为9.26%,工作怠慢为7.41%,工作6-10年和11-20年的出现情绪耗竭与工作怠慢的比率大于其他工作年限的;感觉成就感低落的则高达87.96%,其中工作11年以上的辅导员成就感最低,工作5年以下的辅导员工作成就感次之。成就感低落则是按学历层次的提高而上升。

The Psychological Drainage and Management of Counselors in University——A Survey of Counselors' Psychological Drainage in Xihua University

With the survey of counselor's psychological drainage in Xihua University,this paper analyses the psychological health situation of counselors in general universities and proposes corresponding solutions.The survey targets 108 counselors in Xihuan University with the questionnaire of MBI-GS.The results reveal that 9.26% of the counselors feel the emotional drainage,7.41% work reluctantly.Those groups whose length of service fall in 6-10 and 11-20 are highly likely to feel more drainage to work,high up to 87.96% among them live in unsatisfaction to the career achievements: the counselors work over 11 years the worst,under 5 years second.The feeling of low achievement is proportioned to the educational background.
