教学相长别论——教师主体、教师成长与教师学

摘    要:在教学的系统过程中,涉及到的双方是教师和学生.二者孰重孰轻,是一个非常有意义的话题.教育学研究成果表明,研究者对学生一方的关心,有过之而无不及之势;而对教师在教学过程中的地位、作用,却似乎是有些漠不关心的倾向.事实上,教师的角色也是至关重要的.由此,也应该重视教师的主导作用.传统的观念认为,教学相长是教师和学生双方,在教学的过程中都获得益处.不妨对这个传统而且家常的成语做另外一番理解:教学,指的是教师自己的教和他自己不断成长和充实的过程中的学习和提高.二者是相互关联,相互补充,相互激励,相互提高的.由于上述重学生而轻教师的不良倾向,在此应特别呼吁,开展和加强教师学的理论和实践模式的构建.

Abstract:During the process of teaching,both teachers and students are involved.It might be significantly interesting to think about which side is more important.Previous scholarship in the discussion of the roles of teachers and students set the balance to the students' side of the scale while the other side seems as ignored as a stepchild under a stepmother.Factually,the role of teachers is also a key element to the process of teaching and learning.Therefore,teachers' role should be specially taken care of.Traditional understanding of the teaching and learning relationship tends to emphasize the influence from students upon teachers.It might be scholarly rewarding to think otherwise: the teaching and learning of teachers help themselves with better effects for their students.As to the actual condition of ignoring the development and the growth of post-vocational teachers,we here call for the establishing of teacheroloy,a new yet old topic in academics and,in the huge branch of education sciences.
