| 摘 要： | 梳理中国共产党局部执政时期制度成长的轨迹可以看出,应对现代国家的宪政诉求是制度建构的逻辑起点;但在革命的制度空间里,基于自由主义的宪政民主与革命的行为方式间存在着诸多逻辑的悖论.要而言之,宪政讲求权利、制度与规范,而革命则强调组织、服从与效率.在抗日根据地政权建设过程中,推动制度演进的内在动力是宪政与革命的交互作用.
