| 摘 要： | 环境和自由贸易是当今国际经济领域的两个重要问题,如何协调两者之间的关系是实现国际贸易宗旨的关键所在。绿色壁垒通常也称为环境壁垒,在WTO后时代,分析绿色壁垒的新特点及其对自由贸易的影响,对建构我国市场主体具有积极意义。
