| 摘 要： | 对驰名商标的淡化,是一种严重侵犯驰名商标权的行为,往往会危及驰名商标所有权人的商业信誉,而最终影响消费者的利益。在理论上,驰名商标的淡化在理论上主要表现为弱化、污损、退化,在实践中有多种形式的体现。
