| 摘 要： | 分析了新经济背景下战略管理的环境特征,认为不断创新是企业获得持续性竞争优势的根本源泉;探讨了新经济条件下企业培育竞争优势的主要途径,指出集成创新是企业建立高层次竞争优势的源泉;最后,针对中国企业竞争能力的实际状况,提出构筑中国企业竞争优势的基本对策。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the environmental features of strategic management in the era of new economy, proposes a point of view that continuous innovation is the basic source for enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantage, explores the main approaches for enterprises to foster their competitive advantage in new economy, and points out that integrated innovation will help enterprises to establish higher-level competitive advantage. Finally, the paper puts forward the basic countermeasures for Chinese enterprises to build the competitive advantage in accordance with their real competence. |
